Who Were the Oneota?
5/28/2008 2:57 PM

The Oneota were a Native American prehistoric people. Little remains of their culture except what archeologists and anthropologists can glean from digs and the interpretation of later Native American cultures.

Our 6th graders learned a bit about these people. They were able to experience some hands-on activities courtesy of Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center.

Take a look at the attached clips to learn more.
